With over 17 years of experience in kitchens, she considers them her happy place!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If Laura could eat anything she wanted, she\u2019d choose a variety of cuisines from around the world \u2013 she loves bold flavors and mixing things up. One chef she admires most is Duff Goldman, who inspires her with his willingness to take career risks in pursuit of his dreams.<br>Beyond baking, Laura has a passion for classic cars \u2013 she owns a 1970 Chevy Nova!
