She is largely self-taught, learning baking skills from her grandmother and through hands-on experience. She credits much of her success to her favorite spatula!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the encouragement of her family, Michelle opened her own business in 2022. Outside of baking, she works as a Pediatric Dental Hygienist.
