These early experiences sparked her passion and set her on the path to make baking her career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Determined to combine her love for baking with her dream of owning a business, she earned a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Pastry Arts with additional coursework in business. She then gained hands-on experience as a full-time cake decorator at Leo\u2019s Bakery &amp; Deli in East Rochester. However, in May 2021, a serious accident made her realize how short life can be. This pushed her to follow her dream, and she took the leap to start her own bakery alongside her partner Hannah.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Hannah<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hannah was inspired by her mom, who made incredible cakes for every birthday. Watching her create these sweet masterpieces fueled Hannah\u2019s love of baking and set her the path to a career in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After college, she began working at Phillips European Restaurant, where she spent a year before seeking more creative freedom and broader horizons. She then became a full-time cake decorator at Leo\u2019s Bakery &amp; Deli, where she spent nine years honing her craft \u2014 and where she met Jessica!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many of their recipes are original creations, while others are cherished family and friend recipes, passed down through generations and making their baked goods truly special. Hannah\u2019s personal favorite is her mom\u2019s chocolate chip cookie recipe \u2014 simple but delicious!
